Welcome to PickleYard! By booking and using our facilities, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Booking and Payment

 

1.1 Booking Platform:
- All court bookings must be made exclusively through BookYourSlot (app or website).  
- Members may book through PickleYard's official website.  

 

1.2 Payment Policy:
- Non-Members: Payment must be made via BookYourSlot’s platform.  
- Members: Membership Payments should be completed through PickleYard’s website.  

- Payment for renting padel and ball must be made on PickleYard's official website.
- All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

1.3 Peak Hours and Slot Changes:  
- Bookings made during peak hours cannot be rescheduled.  
- For any booking modification requests, contact our support team.

2. Court Usage and Conduct

 

2.1 Respectful Behavior:
- All players are expected to maintain respect and sportsmanship with fellow players and staff.  
- Any form of misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or violation of court rules may lead to termination of the session without a refund.  

 

2.2 Slot Timings and Extensions:
- Players cannot extend their slot if the next slot is booked.  
- A 10-minute extension is allowed only if the next slot is available, exclusively for completing an ongoing game.  
- If another booking follows, players must vacate the court promptly to allow for maintenance and preparation.  

 

3. Equipment and Liability

 

3.1 Equipment Rental:  
- Paddles and balls are available for rent at the court.  
- Each team will be provided with one ball per session.  

 

3.2 Damage and Loss:
- Players are responsible for any damage caused to the court or equipment during their session.  
- In the event of damage or loss, players are **liable to pay for repairs or replacements**.  

 

4. Media and Content Usage

 

4.1 Content Ownership: 
- By using PickleYard facilities, you consent to photos and videos being captured during gameplay or events.  
- All media content, including photos and videos, is owned by BookYourSlot and PickleYard and may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.  

 

5. General Policies

 

5.1 Court Maintenance:
- Players must leave the court promptly after their session ends to allow for maintenance and preparation.  
- Any delay in leaving the court may result in penalty charges or restrictions on future bookings.

5.2 Decorum and Cleanliness:
- Players must maintain decorum on and off the court.  
- Littering or leaving personal belongings behind is strictly prohibited.  

 

6. Cancellations and Refunds

 

- Cancellations or reschedules are only permitted as per BookYourSlot’s cancellation policy.  
- Refunds are subject to the terms outlined on BookYourSlot’s platform.  

 

7. Disclaimer and Liability

 

- PickleYard is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost personal belongings during play.  
- Players participate at their own risk.  
- PickleYard reserves the right to refuse service or access to individuals violating these terms and conditions.
